Coaching

The Club has several qualified, registered and insured coaches.
Coaching is available on a regular basis throughout the season and is FREE to regular members.
A coach can help you with things such as line, length, tactics and body positioning as well as discussing bowls etiquette and scoring in games.
They will also encourage you to practice and enter the various competitions that can be entered both internally as well as against other clubs.

Markers

Markers are important to any singles match and throughout the year there will be the opportunity to attend a marker's course.  See Club noticeboard for details.

Prospective New Members

All prospective new members must first become Temporary Members and complete a short coaching course. Further details are under 'How to Join' above.

World Bowls publish the excellent 'Laws of the Sport of Bowls (Outdoor only) Crystal Mark 4th Edition.
